This is Crystal Kitty. She came from the cat pound where
she was going to be put down because she was sick. But,
I convinced them to sell her to me and I nursed her along and she
is just fine now, five years later. Pure white with blue
eyes, and she's a real "talker". Crystal and
I have "Girl Hour" every day. We sit on my bed and
talk and I brush her and she tells me all of her secrets. I
love her so much and I hope you think she's pretty, too.

Miss Dotty
went missing 3 months ago after getting outside as she lives
her life in the house. We searched high and low for her,
spent countless hours calling for her, drove hundreds of
miles looking for her and one day while heading to town I
turned my head and there is my Miss Dotty running across a
yard, all I saw was her back end as she has a very unique
run and I knew it was her. I slammed on the brakes , jumped
out the car, called (actually screamed) MISS DOTTY!! and she
came a running and I started crying so hard I scared her but
she ran right back to me gave me my kiss that I missed so
much and she rode in my lap all the way back home.
She is
gaining weight as when I found her she was lucky if she
weighed 2lbs.
She is
enjoying her queen status now! |

"Link and Zelda"
Here are some cute pictures of my kitties.
Link is a Norweigen
forest cat/Maine coon mix almost a year and a half and he's very
fluffy. He thinks he's a dog, and has had to surgeries to
remove "stuff" that he has eaten. In this picture he is
recouping from his second surgery in a baby onesie we had to put
on him so he wouldn't lick his stitches (the cone actually
rubbed 2 out).
Zelda is a princess and we bought her from a nurse. She was
not the runt, but was the last kitten born and was born not
breathing. Her mom's owner gave her kitty cpr and revived her.
We got her when she was 8 weeks old and is my special cat. She
only sleeps with me if i have my "purple blankey" with me
otherwise she likes to hide in a closet that she has figured out
how to open on her own.
The last one is of both of them helping us pack. Obviously
they didn't want us to leave on vacation without them!

"Roswell"
Here is my kitty, Roswell, with his best friend,
white rabbit who would come to the back door every afternoon to
await Roswell coming out to play. They would also go play in the
woods together and come back together. |

"Snert"
Here is my sweet kitty, Snert. He was born in 1996 and we
found him as a kitten in a gutter. He was such a love, we had to
keep him though we had two other cats at the time. Snert loves
to smell flowers, eat wheat grass green drinks, and kibble, and
drink exotic water (algae water, muddy water,water in flower
vases and any water he can reach in my glass!). He prefers to
eat food in a bowel in "his cupboard" which he can open with his
paw. He is my "near vegetarian" love cat. He stayed close to
comfort me during my breast cancer. Snert is still with us, 9 years later and has risen to
the position of "top cat" by default, having waited
patiently to succeed his predecessor, Boo who died in his
sleep at 18 years of age.
His thick unusally soft fur is solid
blue-grey with white ascot, tummy, and white toes on his front
paws and white slippers on his back feet. I am convinced that
his fur pattern and type of fur represents a specific type of
kitty and so if he has any near twins out there, I would love to
see their pictures and learn about their natures!
Snert loves boxes , wreath nests and his circular
doughnut catbed. Here he is on an old Xmas wreath I had left
on a railing...and he found a perfect place to rest...and

His name is Milo. He is 1.5 years old. He is one very lucky
kitty. I found him in the middle of the road when he was 3
weeks old. I thought he was a squirrel so I slowed down to let
it scurry across, but when I was close enough I realized it was
a kitten. He was flea-infested and his eyes were gooped up. I
nursed him with formula and taught him everything he knows,
except to get on the table! He has a unique personality and is
quite full of himself sometimes; but, he is still my pride and
joy. |

Hi there my name is Shakira but everyone calls
me Shaki or Shakpuss. I was adopted by my mum
when I was 2 mths old. She wanted me so badly
that she came to see my mum cat when she was
pregnant with me and then again when I was 2 wks
old. Although I am a pure breed and lets say it,
I have a great personality, my family love me as
a member of the family and not as a show cat.
My dad who is certainly
NOT a
cat lover has been seen doing the unthinkable,
playing and kissing me. since I know this every
time he comes near me I roll over my back for a
belly rub and that seems to do the trick. I
also have 2 brothers at home who laugh at me
each time mum gives me a bath (which is one
thing I hate). At night I love to sleep with my
eldest brother and cuddle up near his thighs to
keep him warm. My youngest brother who is a real
pest chases me around but I soon get my revenge
every time I can. I just don’t know why mum
thinks we are so alike!
I am strictly an indoor cat as mum thinks I
might get kidnapped by someone or by one of my
many boyfriends, so I just sit on the windowsill
and watch life outside. Although I know it’s for
my own good I still wish I was allowed outside.
However I forget all this when my brothers come
from school and give me lots of cuddles, kisses
and playtime. My favourite game is to chase
marbles down the corridor and chase endlessly a
torch light. I also absolutely hate being
brushed daily so I hiss at my mum but she still
doesn’t give up. Otherwise I am a very playful,
loving and energetic cat. Not at all as they say
here in Malta about us Persians. When you have a
Persian you own a rug with an intestine. How
offending!!! To prove them wrong I am completely
the opposite.

"Petunia"
This is Petunia! She's about
5 years old. I adopted her from the animal hospital back in
October. They almost didn't let me have her because she had
been adopted twice before and returned... she had a habit of
snapping unexpectedly, sometimes drawing blood. But after a few
months of living with me, she has calmed down a lot and is a
big, loving, sweet cat. The animal hospital called me no less
than three times once I adopted her, just to see how it was
working out. No way and I taking her back! She's mine!
She loves to stalk and
pounce at the pigeons that like to sit on my window sill.
She wakes me up each day to tell me it's time to feed her,
and if I don't get my butt out of bed as fast as she wants,
she'll pull my hair with her teeth. It's very pursuasive!
I have never had such an outgoing cat and although she's a
bit of a diva, she's very affectionate too. As you can see
in the photo, she's quite a fan of Jerome Bettis of the
Pittsburgh Steelers! |

Simba is a spoiled
rotten boy that i have had for almost nine years. He knocks
things off the counter to get your attention to fill his
dish even if it's half full. Will only drink running water out
of the faucet. I never really wanted a orange cat but when i
went to meet him and the owner at the time said he was getting
rid of him due to him being a kitten and afraid his pet snake
might eat him, i rescued Simba and took him home. He is a real
lover boy and loves to "talk" has fun with catnip toys and
cuddles. Always has to sleep with mom and dad and when the alarm
clock goes off he proceeds up the bed to make sure you get up go
to work and bring home more food for him.lol I love him very
much and very thankful for his role in our lives. Everyone
that meets him falls in love as he loves attention.
